The FD Graduate Programme offers graduates the entry level role of Consultant. Graduate Consultants also get the chance to experience different sectors of the Company, spending two months with FD Santé followed by a month with a different FD sector for a total of nine months before settling into their permanent Santé team.
Consultants on the Graduate Programme are generally first degree undergraduates or postgraduates with limited work experience. They possess a passion for business and a genuine interest in corporate life. We look for more than high academic achievement. We are just as interested in your personality, individuality and extra-curricular achievements.
You will work within a team consisting of Executives at all levels: Managing Directors, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Associate Vice Presidents and Consultants. Unlike many careers, FD's unique structure provides Consultants with exposure to senior colleagues and client representatives from day one. The job provides an exciting diversity, from scanning of the media and dealing with newspaper journalists to arranging promotional events, liaising with the pharmaceutical industry, and providing support to various account teams.
